How do I book a reservation?
Open the Kirk customer app, pick a business, choose your service and start time, and confirm. You can also browse and book on the web at kirkreservations.lk.
What is the difference between a reservation and a queue?
A reservation locks in a specific time block. A queue is first-come-first-served — you join from your phone and watch your position move in real time.
What happens if I arrive late?
Each business sets their own grace period. If you miss it, the booking is released and the business can mark it as a no-show. You can rebook at any time.
What if the business cancels my booking?
You'll get an immediate notification and any fee you paid is refunded automatically. See the cancellation policy for the full process.
How is my data used?
We collect the minimum needed to make bookings work — your phone number, your bookings, and your location when you choose to share it. Full details live in the privacy policy.
